Account access
PKRSpin login
Sign in with the mobile number you registered. Everything below covers what to do when that does not work, in rough order of how often each problem comes up.
Signing in for the first time
Registration and login use the same credentials, set during step five of the install. Enter the number without the country code, type the password manually rather than letting the keyboard autofill an older one, and tap Log in. The home screen loads with your wallet balance across the top.
If you registered on a different phone, the app closes the older session when the new one opens. That is expected behaviour rather than a sign the account has been taken over, though if it happens when you have not signed in anywhere, treat it as a warning and change the password.
Resetting a forgotten password
- Tap Forgot password on the login screen.
- Enter the registered mobile number, without +92.
- Confirm the one-time code sent by SMS, within its five minute window.
- Set a new password of at least six characters and sign in with it.
Requesting several codes one after another triggers a cooldown, which makes the wait longer rather than shorter. Wait a couple of minutes instead of tapping resend repeatedly.
Troubleshooting
Login errors, most common first
Match the message you are seeing to the first column. The cause is almost always the one listed beside it.
| What you see | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Incorrect password | Autofill from another account, or a capitalised first letter | Clear the field and type it manually, then reset it if that fails |
| Account not found | Country code typed into the number field | Enter it as 03XX XXXXXXX, with no +92 and no spaces |
| Code not received | Weak signal, or a cooldown from repeated requests | Wait sixty seconds, check signal, then request once more |
| Session expired | Signed in on another device | Sign in again; if it was not you, change the password immediately |
| Account under review | Verification triggered by an unusual withdrawal | Send the requested details to support; see withdrawal rules |
| Network error | Connection dropped mid-request | Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then retry |
Security
Keeping the account yours
Most accounts lost in this category are handed over by the owner rather than broken into. Four habits cover almost all of it.
Never share a one-time code
Support does not ask for codes, ever. Anyone requesting one, whether on WhatsApp, by call, or claiming to be verifying your account, is trying to take it. The code is the account.
Use a password you do not reuse
If the same password protects your email and your wallet, a leak somewhere unrelated exposes both. A password used nowhere else limits the damage to one place.
Match your profile name
Withdrawals move faster when the profile name matches the Easypaisa or bank title exactly, and mismatches are a common reason accounts get frozen pending review. See deposits and withdrawals for the full picture.
Install only from the official page
Modified builds hosted on file-sharing sites are the main source of stolen credentials. Use the official APK download page and check the file size before opening it.
Lost the registered SIM? The one-time code is the only automatic recovery route, so support has to review the account by hand. Have your registration date, approximate balance and last transaction ready before you contact them, because those are the details they will ask for.
FAQ
Login questions
The account questions that come up most often after a failed sign-in.
Can I log in without the registered number?
No. Recovery runs entirely through the one-time code, so access to the SIM is required. Without it the account has to be reviewed manually by support.
Can two people use one account?
Not at the same time. Opening a session on a second device ends the first one. Sharing also risks the balance, since whoever holds the number can reset the password and lock you out.
How do I change my password inside the app?
Profile, then Security, then Change password. You confirm the current password before setting a new one, and every other active session is signed out automatically.
Does logging out clear my balance?
No. The wallet is held server-side against your account rather than on the device. Reinstalling from the download page does not affect it either.
Why does the app sign me out on its own?
Sessions expire after a period of inactivity, and they also end when the account is opened elsewhere. Frequent unexplained logouts are worth treating as a security signal, so change the password and check the security checklist.
I registered but it will not accept my number
Confirm you are entering the same number you registered with, in the 03XX format. If you registered through the website very recently, give it a minute and try again before assuming something is wrong.
Not registered yet?
You need an account before you can sign in. Registration takes about two minutes and works from either the website or the app.
